Mr. Snell oversees our team and is responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver California Income Property’s products and services to our clients. Mr. Snell founded the company in 2006 and brings over 20 years of senior management experience. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from California State University – Fullerton and currently maintains a license as a Real Estate Broker in the State of California where he is a member of the National, California, & Pacific West Association of Realtors.
Seasoned multi-family executive with over 25+ years of managerial & operational experience. She previously worked as an Operations Manager w/ Irvine Apartment Communities 10+ Years.
35+ Years Finance, Sales. Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from California State University. Agent w/ 10+ years specializing in investment property.
Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from U.C. Davis where she was a student athlete and earned All Big-West Honors in Track & Field in 2016. Olivia is also certified in the Principles, Practice and Legal aspects of Real Estate.
25+ Years specializing in multi-family and single family deferred maintenance and emergency repairs. He also holds a Certification in plumbing.
The Principles of California Income Property have over 50 Years combined experience in Property Management, Investment Property, Tenant & Eviction Laws, Financial Budgeting & Reporting, and Knowledge of Building Codes.
Key Employees on staff are licensed in Real Estate, General Construction & Subcontractor Management, and Landscaping.
In 2006, Brian and Steve left the comfortable confines of their “day jobs” in pursuit of a dream helping families and investors with investment property real estate or as we like to call it California Income Property. The thought was to create a niche real estate company designed to work primarily with smaller income property investors. The overall goal was to provide solid research & analysis, while still remaining small enough to provide a true hands-on approach for all clients. So off we went, developing our simple cash flow & informational tools along the way.
